Returns and Repairs

All Jennifer Vining Designs jewelry is guaranteed against breakage due to normal wear and tear for one year from purchase date. If your jewelry breaks due to faulty craftsmanship or normal wear and tear within one year, please contact me to arrange repairs. Repairs will be free of charge (less the cost of parts, in the case that new parts must be ordered). Please include all parts of the damaged jewelry item, as this will save you the cost of parts. Please be sure to contact me prior to sending me the piece.  Jennifer Vining Designs is not responsible for jewelry packages lost in the mail - I recommend that you send your jewelry via priority shipping with delivery confirmation and insurance to avoid this.

Returns are accepted and will be refunded if returned within 15 days of receipt (applies to jewelry purchased through the website and telephone only). Jewelry must be returned unused, in unaltered and re-sellable condition for a refund to be issued.  Please include your invoice as your purchase receipt.  Be sure to contact me prior to returning the piece, to ensure you receive the proper refund.

Although returns are accepted, within 15 days, Jennifer Vining Designs wishes to avoid customers having to return products whenever possible.  Please contact me prior to ordering if you have any questions about a piece or if you would like more detailed information about an item.  I will be happy to answer your questions promptly.

Refunds and returns are not available for jewelry that has been customized or custom-ordered. Custom jewelry is of course guaranteed against breakage for one year.
